GRETNA — Capital One is seeking more than $3,000 on an open account held by a Jefferson Parish resident.
Capital One Bank filed a suit on Oct. 19 against Tristan A. St. Cyr in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging he owes the balance of $3,751.89 plus interest on his credit card.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
