GRETNA — A financial services company claims that a Lafitte woman owes Credit Bank One more than $1,000.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit on Oct. 19 against Lisa Naquin in the 24th Judicial District Court that she owes the balance of $1,127.42 plus interest on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
