GRETNA –Discover Bank is suing a customer, alleging he owes $11,000 for an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit Oct. 30 against Mark L. Trudell in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, Discover seeks damages for an open account of $11,007.41 plus interest, alleging Trudell has failed to pay sums due.
Discover Bank seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
