GRETNA –A funding company is suing a customer, alleging she owes about $1,200 on an open account.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit Oct. 27 against Vera Nelson in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, LVNV Funding seeks damages for sums due on Nelsons' retail account for $1,237.94, plus interest.
LVNV Funding seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
