GRETNA – A funding company is suing a Bankcard customer, alleging he owes more than $1,000.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit Oct. 27 against Huong Nguyen in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, LVNV seeks damages for an unpaid Bankcard account in the sum of $1,159.87, plus interest.
NLNV Funding seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
