Asset management company alleges couple owes more than $11,000 on promissory note

GRETNA –An asset management company is suing a couple, alleging they owe more more than $11,000.

Deville Asset Management Ltd. filed a suit Oct. 27 against Trae Cummings and Laura Cummings in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Deville Asset seeks sums due on a promissory note for the balance of $11,610.37, plus interest. It alleges the defendants have failed to pay sums due.

Deville Asset Management seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is is represented by attorney April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 777253.
