Loan company alleges customer owes more than $2,500

GRETNA –A loan company is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $2,500.

Gulfco of Louisiana, doing business as Tower Loan of Cut Off, filed a suit Oct. 26 against Kevin Bergeron, also known as Kevin Wayne Bergeron in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Gulfco seeks damages of $2,583, plus interest, alleging Bergeron has failed to pay off the debt in a timely manner.

Gulfco seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It plaintiff is represented by attorney Gray H. McCraw III of Rogers, Carter & Payne LLC in Shreveport.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Nancy A. Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 777192.
