GRETNA –A health care company is suing a customer, alleging she owes more than $800.
Biloxi HMA LLC, doing business as Merit Health Biloxi filed a suit Oct. 27 against Sarita Slack in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, Biloxi HMA seeks $805.42 plus interest, alleging claiming Slack has failed to pay off sums due on an account.
Biloxi HMA seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney W. Simmons Sandoz of Sandoz Law Offices in Opelousas.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond. S. Steib Jr.
