GRETNA — Capital One claims that it is owed more than $2,000 from a Jefferson Parish woman.
Capital One Bank filed a suit on Oct. 28 against Suzette M. Hall in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging she is indebted for the balance of $2,119.60 plus interest from an unpaid credit card balance.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Capital One is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
