Toyota Venza owner allegedly owes more than $5,000

GRETNA — An asset management company is seeking damages for more than $5,000.

Deville Asset Management Ltd. filed a suit on Nov. 2 against Robin Bontemps in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the defendant owes the balance of $5,842.20 plus interest on a 2010 Toyota Venza,  which was seized on Nov. 26, 2014. Demands have been sent to the defendant, who allegedly has still failed to pay off the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
