Woman alleges she was assaulted at Long Life Massage

NEW ORLEANS – A woman claims that she was molested while receiving a massage.

The unnamed woman filed a lawsuit on Nov. 7 against Long Life Massage, Shanxi Piao, Zhengtai Piao and James Cha in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims that while she was receiving at massage at Long Life Massage in New Orleans she was sexually assaulted by Cha who started touching her inappropriately. The plaintiff claims that she was held down and threatened.

The defendants are accused of negligence, claiming that the massage therapist was not professional or thoroughly background checked.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Andrew W. Hostmyer in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
