GRETNA — A funding company claims that it is owed more than $1,500 on an open account.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit on Nov. 14 against Cheron Roussell in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging she owes $1,718.12 plus interest on a Bankcard account issued through Credit One Bank. She allegedly has failed to pay despite amicable demand.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
