NEW ORLEANS – Southeastern Louisiana University claims that a student has failed to pay his tuition.
The University of Louisiana System board of supervisors through Southeastern Louisiana University filed a lawsuit on Nov. 15 against Hadassah Tamar Morrison in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due and breach of agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims that Morrison has failed to pay $3,733.63 plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable sums due, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Meghan N. Beal of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
