NEW ORLEANS – A carpet and flooring company is seeking damages for failure to pay.
Countryside Carpets & Interior Inc. filed a lawsuit on Nov. 20 against F3 Management LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims it sold vinyl plank and adhesive to the defendant for $10,972.38. The defendant allegedly has yet to pay for the supplies.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Darryl T. Landwehr of the Landwehr Law Firm in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
