NEW ORLEANS – A woman is seeking damages after she allegedly fell in a hospital.
Bonnie Brunson filed a lawsuit on Sept. 8 against Touro Infirmary Hospital in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Sept. 10, 2016. The plaintiff allegedly was caused to slip and fall to the floor while visiting a patient at the hospital due to dangerous conditions.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney David E. Kavanagh of Kavanagh & Redeiro LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
