Woman allegedly slipped on pasta at Outback Steakhouse

GRETNA – A woman claims that she slipped and fell on pasta at an Outback Steakhouse in Metairie.

Guadalupe Pradat filed a suit on May 9 against Outback Steakhouse of Florida LLC and ABC Insurance Company in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on May 25, 2016. The plaintiff was a guest at the defendant's location at 2746 Severn Ave. when she allegedly slipped and fell on pasta that had been left on the ground.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gloria T. Lastra of Braden, Gonzalez & Associates in Kenner.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
