Dalton Architects claim client owes nearly $20,000

GRETNA — An architectural company is seeking nearly $20,000 for an alleged breach of contract.

Dalton Architects Inc. filed a suit on June 26 against Quoc H. Ngo, aka, Billy Ngo, aka, Quoc Ho D. Ngo in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on May 29, 2016. The suit states that the defendant signed an agreement with the plaintiff for renovations to 708 Fairfield Ave. in Greta. The agreement stated that the defendant would pay $18,936, but the defendant failed to do so and also failed to pay the required late fee.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by P. Michael Breedan of Breedan Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
