GRETNA – A woman is seeking damages for a multi-car collision that allegedly left her injured.
Bridgette Thomas filed a suit on Aug. 1 against Allstate Insurance Co, Kayla Lambert, Sheryl Nance, Geico General Insurance Co, Charles Gambel, Progressive Paloverde Insurance Co, and Geico Cas Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Aug. 9, 2016. The suit states that Lambert and Nance were negligent while driving and started two chain reactions, which caused injuries to the plaintiff and her car.
The defendants are accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David D. Bravo of Bravo Law Firm in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E Adrian Adams.
