GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $35,000 from a Louisiana man and corporation.
Rapid Capital Finance LLC, doing business as Rapid Capital Funding, filed a suit against Zeb Sartin and Sartin Builders LLC, doing business as Sartin Builders, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.
The plaintiff claims the defendants have failed to pay invoices from the plaintiff. The defendant owes the plaintiff $35,028, the suit claims.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stanley C. Kottemann Jr. of Kottemann Law Firm in Kenner.
