Louisiana-based Ally Bank claims man failed to pay over $27,000 on auto loan

GRETNA – A lender is seeking damages for an unpaid installment contract.

Ally Bank filed a suit against Gregory Offray Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract and sums due.

According to the suit, a Texas Direct Auto issued a motor vehicle retail installment sales contract to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay installments due, owing $27,301.52.

The plaintiff, based in Louisiana, is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Arthur S. Mann III of The Sundmaker Firm LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
