Citizen Bank trying to collect more than $94,000 from borrower

GRETNA — A bank is seeking more than $94,000 from a customer who allegedly breached a loan agreement.

Citizens Bank filed a suit on Sept. 29 against Peter Feirman in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the claim, the plaintiff claims the defendant has failed make sufficient payments on a retail installment contract in which he agreed to pay $94,880.92 plus fees and interest.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
