Louisiana Building Maintenance allegedly hasn't paid for work completed

GRETNA — A construction company claims that it was not paid what was promised for work completed.

Roubion Construction Co Inc. filed a suit on Nov. 7 against Louisiana Building Maintenance Co. Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the claim, the plaintiff claims that the defendant agreed to pay the plaintiff to install new piles and elevate the existing slab at 830 Sheree Lynn Court in Gretna. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff for the full sum that they agreed to.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley Egenberg in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
