GRETNA — A man claims that the Jefferson Parish zoning authority failed to grant him the privileges deserved.
Glenn M. Harper filed a suit on Nov. 2 against the Parish of Jefferson, Board of Zoning Adjustments in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of duty.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant violated a number of requirements and therefore deprived the landowner of rights that other property owners nearby enjoyed.
The defendant is accused of breach of duty.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Glenn M. Harper in Metairie.
