GRETNA –A man claims that his car was struck by a truck.
Luis R. Midence filed a suit Dec. 18 against Reliant Drive-Away LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place Dec. 23, 2016. The suit states that the plaintiff was caused damages when the defendant's car changed lanes and struck the plaintiff's car while in the scope of their work.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by James B. Guest in Kenner.
