GRETNA –A construction company is seeking damages, claiming that a contractor took payment that was not his.
FCA Construction LLC filed a suit Dec. 15 against Keith Adams, doing business as KDA Restorations LLC, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging theft of funds..
