GRETNA – Two individuals claim the car they were in was struck at a Tire Kingdom.
Ahmad Khader and Mohammad Alatari filed a suit Dec. 18 against TBC Retail Group Inc., doing business as Tire Kingdom, and Hartford Casualty Insurance Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place Dec. 31, 2016. The suit states the plaintiffs were in a parked Toyota Prius in the Tire Kingdom parking lot on Veterans Boulevard, when the car was struck by the defendant with no warning.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Morris H. Hyman of the Law Office of Morris H. Hyman in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
