NEW ORLEANS – A law firm is seeking damages for a breach of contract.
The Law Office of Patrick A. Giraud LLC filed a lawsuit Dec. 14 against Brian Gilbert, Lawrence Wiedemann, Patrick Sanders and the Barge PSLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages claiming the the defendants breached a contract through failing to pay the plaintiff a sum of money previously agreed upon.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Patrick Giraud in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney Cates IV.
