NEW ORLEANS – An auto finance company is seeking damages for an alleged breach of contract.
TD Auto Finance LLC filed a lawsuit Dec. 14 against Joyce Buckley in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract and sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Aug. 10, 2015 when the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff what they agreed to for a 2012 GMA Acadia. The plaintiff is seeking damages.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette Irons.
