GRETNA – A supply company is seeking damages for sums due.
General Mill Supplies Inc. filed a suit Jan. 11 against Semper Fire Protection LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident which took place in 2016 when the defendant allegedly failed to pay off the balance of $15,789.54 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by John Coman Jr. in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
