Plaintiff claims debt of over $9,800 from customer

GRETNA – A funding company claims it is owed more than $9,800.

Cach LLC filed a suit Jan. 12 against Elizabeth Doty in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of more than $9,820.32 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
