GRETNA – A loan company claims that a Jefferson Parish customer owes more than $2,000.
Tower Loan of Mississippi LLC, doing business as Tower Loan of Ridgeland, filed a suit on Jan. 12 against Derek Branning in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off a balance of $2,182.84 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gray H. McCraw III of Rogers, Carter & Payne LLC in Shreveport.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
