GRETNA – A funding company claims it is owed more than $2,700.
Cach LLC filed a suit Jan. 12 against Adrenese Smith in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,792.21 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
