Bank claims customer owes more than $20,000

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for an open account.

Discover Bank filed a suit Jan. 16 against Shannon R. Falcon in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off a balance of $20,470.57.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffery Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 779610.
