Capital One is seeking damages for sums due

GRETNA – Capital One claims it is owed more than $4,100 from a customer.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Jan. 22 against Alma C. Pineda in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $4,176.99 plus interest, claiming that the defendant never paid off the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Christopher Lack of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
