GRETNA – Capital One claims a customer failed to pay more than $6,500.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Jan. 22 against Paul J. Baidoa in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $6,530.09 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
