Capital One claims that they are owed over $2,100

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,100 from one customer.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Jan. 22 against Keona M. Myers in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,139.59 plus interest, claiming the defendant was negligent in failing to pay it.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 779789.
