GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $1,700 in sums due.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Jan. 31 against Tracy Contreras in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages on an open account in the balance of $1,796.71 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has been negligent in failing to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
