GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,600 in sums due.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Jan. 31 against Jose A. Rosales in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,623.36 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
