GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $2,000 in sums due.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit Feb. 5 against Robert Robinson in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,074.44 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
