GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for an open account of over $3,800.
Bank of America N.A. filed a suit Feb. 7 against Ryan Mark Cavalier in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages on an open account in the balance of $3,827.88 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
