GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $1,200 in sums due.
Cach LLC filed a suit Feb. 7 against Lorrie L. Fisher in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,222.85 plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
