Building supply company seeks sums due

NEW ORLEANS – A lumber and building supply company is seeking damages for sums due.

George Kellett & Sons Inc. filed a lawsuit Feb. 6 against Par Contractors Inc., Jerry D. Holley, Shirley P. Kerr, Nelson J. Rowe and Michael Scullin in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages claiming that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff for the lumber and building supplies that they supplied. 

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney F. Victor Hastings of Hastings Law Firm in Kenner.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel Julien.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-1178.
