GRETNA – A surgical center is seeking damages for sums due.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. LLC filed a suit Feb. 14 against Ashley Rheams in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $35,809.83 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent in paying it.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Larry Bankston of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
