GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking more than $10,000 from a customer.
Discover Bank filed a suit Feb. 14 against Darrell Thomas in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $10,731.00 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
