GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking more than $6,700.
Discover Bank filed a suit Jan. 8 against Adam J. Lauga in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a credit card in the balance of $6,761.33 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
