GRETNA –Discover Bank claims that a customer in Jefferson Parish owes more than $7,000.
Discover filed a suit on Jan. 3 against Brian G. Batt in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due claiming that the defendant failed to pay off $7,162.32 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
