NEW ORLEANS – Coca-Cola is seeking more than $3,400 from a business owner.
Coca-Cola Refreshments USA Inc. filed a lawsuit Feb. 12 against Charles J. Williams Jr. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages claiming that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $3,495.98 plus interest, claiming that he is indebted.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney W. Simmons Sandoz of Sandoz Law Offices in Opelousas.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin Giarusso.
