Bank of America files lawsuit seeking over $6,900

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for sums due of more than $6,900.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit Feb. 16 against Christina Lowery Watkins in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, claiming that they are owed $6,988.82 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Convilee & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
