GRETNA — Capital One claims that a Jefferson Parish man owes it nearly $2,000.
Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit on Feb. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against David M. Jee alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, claiming that it is owed $1,867.59 plus interest because the defendant allegedly failed to pay off the amount due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
