Capital One claims that it is owed nearly $3,000

GRETNA — Capital One claims that a Jefferson Parish woman owes it more than $2,900.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit Feb. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kristine L. Harvey, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for $2,919.86 plus interest.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly L. Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 780705.
